Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, by phone or by email, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address and any details you share with us about your project. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss and deliver interior design and project management services, and to keep records relevant to any project we undertake together. We will never sell your information to third parties.
Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our site, using anonymised, aggregated data, and only where you have accepted analytics cookies. You can find out more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We use them to keep this site working properly and, where you allow it, to understand how the site is used. When you first visit you will see a consent banner where you can accept or reject each category.
Strictly necessary. These remember your cookie choices so you are not asked again on every page (that record is kept for 12 months), and keep the site secure and working as it should. They are set by this website and by our consent tool. The site cannot function without them, so they cannot be switched off.
Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies beginning _ga to count visits and show us which pages are useful. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can accept or reject these using the consent banner. Until you accept, Google Analytics is switched to a consent-denied mode: it stores nothing on your device and does not measure your visit, although your browser still contacts Google to load it. If you accept, its cookies last up to two years.
Functional, advertising and marketing. We do not use advertising, marketing or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not share your information with advertising networks.
Content from other providers. Our Google reviews are displayed using Trustindex and our fonts are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests these files directly from those providers, which means they can see your IP address. Neither is used to advertise to you.
Changing your mind. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page — withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you block the necessary ones.
How we store your information
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are sent directly to our email inbox. We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver a project, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted where appropriate. To make a request, please contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
