What should I include in my first message?
A few details about the space, roughly what you would like to change, and any timings you are working to. That is enough for me to come back to you properly.

York, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Helmsley and across North Yorkshire, with projects further afield by arrangement.
Do you visit the property?
Yes — I come to you. Seeing the space, the light and how you use it is where every project starts, so the first visit is always at the property rather than in an office.
Do you take on commercial enquiries?
Yes — hotels, restaurants and other commercial spaces, alongside private homes.
